Rough Seas

"Right now it is REALLY ROLLIE and things are flying everywhere. My shift today started with winds in the high 20´s and ended with winds in the high 30´s. The seas built up to 20ft or so. It was nothing to be concerned with really as sail has been reduced to the appropriate size and the boat easily rode out the swells. However, every 20 min or so I could hear what sounds like a train coming and the next thing you know the cockpit is flooded and you´re all wet. But, I had my foulies on and all was well."
